V.PS is the VPS brand of xTom, an infrastructure company founded in 2012. xTom started with colocation and IP transit: racks, routers and peering agreements, the unglamorous layer everything else runs on.
V.PS is that network, sold by the slice. When you deploy a server, it lands in a facility we operate in, on an AS number we announce, behind peering we negotiated. There is no reseller between you and the hardware.
That is also why everything on this site is checkable. Every facility is listed on PeeringDB with its street address, every network has a public looking glass, and every plan names the routes behind it.
