Renew your service

Automatic renewal

We recommend enabling automatic renewal. Three ways to set it up:

Method	How it works
PayPal subscription	Create a PayPal subscription for the service
Credit card	Renewals are charged automatically via a Stripe payment token; we never store your card details
Account balance	Keep a balance and renewals are paid from it

We create the renewal invoice 15 days before the service expires.

Open Billing, then Invoices, and find the invoice marked Unpaid.
Open the invoice, confirm the amount, pick a payment method and click Pay Now.
When the invoice status changes to Paid, the expiry date moves forward by one billing cycle.
